Email:A returning client in 2021 after a successful single storey extension and Double Storey Extension in 2018, now looking to make more living space on the ground floor. Set in a sort after location, this Victorian Villa property was given a contemporary extension at the rear, creating a more open plan light space for the family to relax. Benefitting from a fabulous rear garden, the plan was to extend further and create an additional living room and study. The brief was simple to be in keeping with our previous design. Planning permission was required for extending on a previous extension, but with the right approach, clear and precise plans for the case officer at the local council we achieved planning approval within eight weeks.

Following an extensive planning application, approval was granted upon first application for a four bedroom detached dwelling. Feedback from the local council was extremely positive and well received.
