From the outset, the project was ambitious. The single storey rear extension allowed for the rear wall of the dining room to be demolished to pave the way for the modern and sort after open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with state-of-the-art aluminium bifolds.

Working closely with the property developers from start to finish this extensive renovation transformed an existing property into a modern marvel, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The planning process was handed swiftly paying attention to the additional constraints which arise with a listed building. 

As you can see from the images the project was a great success finished to a high level. The vision from the initial design meetings were seen through to the final finish.
