A returning client in 2021 after a successful single storey wrap around extension, wanting to maximise the Loft Space in their semi-detached home. With the option to move or improve, the loft was the best place to maximise the bedroom space. With a permitted development loft conversion with rear dormer and hip to gable on the side the house added plenty of space to make a large Master Bedroom with full size ensuite.
Our Brief was to enhance the already impressive property to give better bedroom space for the family. A space for mum and dad to retreat to after a busy day and relax in their own space, with fitted wardrobes and full size ensuite, the house transformation will be impressive. Following an extensive planning application, approval was granted upon first application for a four bedroom detached dwelling. Feedback from the local council was extremely positive and well received.
