A returning client in 2021 after a successful single storey wrap around extension, wanting to maximise the Loft Space in their semi-detached home. With the option to move or improve, the loft was the best place to maximise the bedroom space. With a permitted development loft conversion with rear dormer and hip to gable on the side the house added plenty of space to make a large Master Bedroom with full size ensuite.
Our Brief was to enhance the already impressive property to give better bedroom space for the family. A space for mum and dad to retreat to after a busy day and relax in their own space, with fitted wardrobes and full size ensuite, the house transformation will be impressive.
