They attended arranged meetings on time, and worked very well to our requirements on an extension to our bungalow, by drafting out the design plans within the agreed time scale, submitted the design plans to the local council planning department which were approved and assisted with the neighbours minor objection to the build. We find them very helpful, professional, cost effective and obliging.

• Internal Alterations - We are delighted with our designs from the Shaftesbury Design Practice. We wish to transform an existing small room into an en suite and we’re stuck for ideas. Alex came promptly after the phone call and gave us a lot if sound advice and ideas; the turn round of the design was getting quick by email as was the altered design after we’d had further thoughts. Triple paper copies have been supplied once the design was agreed. All within about ten days. Fantastic friendly service.
